LVIP is awarded Governor's 2005 Award for
Environmental Excellence.
Primo Produce purchases 30 acres in December, 2005 for
construction of $10 million, 75-100,000 s.f. warehouse/distribution
facility, bringing 130 new jobs to Bethlehem.
Eastern Engineered
Wood Products purchases 30 acres in LVIP VII on September 1, 2006. The
lumber distribution company will relocate its Allentown operations to the
site, creating 60 jobs in the park.
Brandenburg Industrial Service Co. plans a $10 million-plus expansion to its Bethlehem plant and is expected to become the second tenant to build in the new Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII.
The first office tenant in LVIP VII, Receivable Management Services (RMS), begins construction in August, 2006 of its new 80,000 square-foot call center facility, retaining 800 jobs for the City of Bethlehem.
Strahman Valve, a valve manufacturer, now occupies 2801 Baglyos Circle in LVIP VI. In June, 2006, the company leased their 52,200 sq.ft. building from land owner J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc.
Superior Quartz Products, Inc. has relocated its specialized quartz lamp manufacturing facility to LVIP VI from N.J. in 2006. The company constructed a 62,000 sq. ft. building at 2701 Baglyos Circle, Bethlehem, and created 63 jobs.
