Available Land

Why should you consider Lehigh Valley Industrial Park for your company's new home or expansion?
LVIP VII at the Bethlehem Commerce Center, our current land development project, is located on 1,000 acres on the site of the flagship plant of the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation in the City of Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

LVIP is now offering shovel-ready land in Phase One of development on the Saucon Tract in LVIP VII. The 248-acre site has been prepared with infrastructure improvements (roads, electric, gas, water and fiber-optic cable) and provides immediate availability to parcels of various acreage for businesses ranging from office to hi-tech to commercial to heavy industrial.
